Adam Matthew Sands, MD, MPH

Adam Sands, MD, MPH, is an Instructor of Psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. In addition to practicing general psychiatry, he is part of the Interventional Neurotherapeutic Psychiatry Program, with expertise in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and ketamine treatment.

Dr. Sands completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior at Columbia University, his Master of Public Health at the Mailman School of Public Health, and his medical school education at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
