It was extremely easy to access the office, deal with the staff, and schedule various tests and the next appointment.

Do not be so defensive and let people finish a sentence before you jump all over them because you appear to be you feel over-worked, stretched to the max & underappreciated, or possibly that this just your normal personality which mean this is not the right fit as a profession for you. The individuals who come to you are already not feeling well and looking for an educated professional to help them feel better not for you to act like you are doing them a favor. They are already depressed from not feeling well for so long and just want you to find out why they do not feel well and help them feel better.
