About Alexis Jamie Feuer, M.D.

Dr. Alexis Jamie Feuer is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Pediatrician at the NewYork-Presbyterian Phyllis and David Komansky Center for Children's Health/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology and is the current recipient of the Caryl & Israel A. Englander Clinical Scholar in Children's Health at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Feuer received a BA and MS in Biology from New York University. She received her medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. While in medical school, she earned theEmilie Davis Rodenberg Memorial Award for Excellence in the Study of Diabetes. Dr. Feuer completed her Residency in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Dr. Feuer's areas of interest include metabolic bone disease, Type I and Type II diabetes mellitus, disorders of growth and puberty, and adrenal steroid disorders, particularly Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and has also presented her work at national and international meetings.
