About Andria N Chizner, MD FAAP
Andria Chizner, MD, FAAP, is a board certified pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens and assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine . She has more than 20 years of experience providing care to children of all ages. After graduating from SUNY Upstate Medical University, Dr. Chizner served her pediatric internship and residency at NewYork-Presbyterian, where she was named pediatric chief resident. Before joining the medical group, Dr. Chizner worked in private practices in Long Island and as a pediatric attending at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in Long Island City. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

We followed this provider from her previous office, which was local to us on Long Island. Because I am so comfortable with this provider, it's worth the drive to Queens.

This provider has been my physician since I was a very young age, and I wanted to be seen by a female provider and we decided to travel to queens for our primary care because for absolutely stunning commitment to her patience and the generosity of her time coupled with her clinical expertise.

Dr Chizner is greatZ. She is attentive, caring and listens to my/ my child's needs. She is always great about making herself available for urgent follow ups. She communicates clearly when it is Important and appropriate to call. I was particularly impressed when she followed up with a call the next morning after an 'urgent' visit day before, to check on my daughter - felt like that was going above and beyond.

Dr Andria is an absolutely amazing physician who provides thorough exams and listens to your concerns. I brought my son in for what I thought was a bad sinus infection. Based on her exam, she had concerned that it had eye involvement, even though there was no obvious signs. She sent us to the emergency room where they decided, after lots of tests and scans, that my son needed to be admitted and stay in the hospital for IV antibiotics. If it wasn't for Dr. Andreas expertise and concern his infection, could have gotten worse before we caught it. She is just simply amazing.
