Charles M. Jobin, MD, specializes in treating shoulder and elbow disorders in adults, which includes rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, tendon and ligament injuries, arthritis and fractures. He is skilled at performing total joint replacements as well as minimally invasive, arthroscopic procedures.
