About Dennis M. De Leon, MD

Dr. Dennis M. De Leon Morilla is a gastroenterologist dedicated to diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic digestive tract conditions. He earned his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in 2018 after completing an interdisciplinary sciences undergraduate program at the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. De Leon Morilla then pursued his internal medicine residency at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, followed by a specialized fellowship in gastroenterology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.


His extensive training in gastrointestinal malignancies has fostered a particular focus on colorectal cancer prevention and surveillance. Dr. De Leon Morilla is committed to making these vital services accessible and providing comprehensive, personalized care for gastrointestinal diseases in adults.
