In his medical practice, Dr. Goljo is specialized in treating patients with heart rhythm disorders and provides care in all aspects of clinical cardiac electrophysiology.

He is trained and experienced in treating a wide range of conditions including: Atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrial tachycardia Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) and Wolff Parkinson White (WPW) syndrome Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), ventricular tachycardia (VT), and ventricular fibrillation Complete heart block and sick sinus syndrome (causes of bradycardia or slow heart heart) Syncope (fainting) Palpitations Heart rhythm issues in patients with structural and genetic conditions such as long QT syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), Brugada syndrome, and arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD), among other conditions.

To manage these conditions, Dr. Goljo employs a wide skill set incorporating: Ablation (including radiofrequency, cryoablation, and pulsed field ablation [PFA]) Stereotaxis guided ablation (remote robotic magnetic ablation) Implantation of loop recorders, pacemakers, and defibrillators (including leadless pacemakers as well as cardiac resynchronization devices like biventricular devices and conduction system pacemakers such as left bundle branch systems) Left atrial appendage closure Laser lead extraction of pacemaker and defibrillator leads (removal of old leads and devices) Electrical cardioversion
