Prior to completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University, she spent several years in finance at Citigroup. She completed her internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Mount Sinai-St. Luke’s Hospital in Manhattan, where she specialized in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in adolescents. Dr. Gottlieb has presented a number of posters and continues to engage in research on integrating the treatment of PTSD and substance use for high risk adolescents.
