About Erika Abramson, M.D., MSc

Dr. Erika Abramson is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Healthcare Policy & Research at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Pediatrician in the Division of General Academic Pediatrics at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She is also the Associate Program Director for Pediatric Graduate Medical Education and Director of the Healthcare Policy & Research Fellowship through the Department of Healthcare Policy & Research. Dr. Abramson is board certified in General Pediatrics.  She holds several national leadership positions related to pediatric graduate Mmedical education and health informatics. A native of New York City, Dr. Abramson completed her undergraduate work at Yale University in 1999. She received her medical degree (M.D.) at New York University School of Medicine in 2003, achieving membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. Dr. Abramson completed her residency in Pediatrics at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in 2006. That year, she also received a Distinguished Housestaff Award and from 2006-2007, she served as Chief Resident.
