Fahmida Islam, MD, MS, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center and cares for hospitalized children and adolescents in the Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian. Her research focus is on health equity and family centered care. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine before completing her Pediatrics residency at NYP-Columbia, Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.
