About George Ru, M.D.

Dr. George Ru is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Ru received his undergraduate degrees in the Biological Sciences (B.S.) and Spanish Language and Literature (B.A.) from the University of Maryland, and his medical degree (M.D.) from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his pediatric residency and pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. His research interests include quality improvement and implementation science, with a focus on team dynamics in pediatric resuscitations.
