Dr. Tarkin is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a graduate of SUNY College at Oneonta and received his medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn- College of Medicine. Dr. Tarkin completed his fellowship at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He practices from the Cortlandt Manor location. Dr. Tarkin is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center.
