MyChart did not have my current provider listed as of two days ago, so I could not communicate with him via the portal. When I informed his office, the representative James said, in summary, that he was not IT; needless to say, this was not the best response. A terrible experience. He has no empathy, he doesn't pay attention, his consultations are only two minutes long, he leaves you mid-sentence, and he rushes out of the office. God, it's awful how he made me feel. For months I went to him seeking help, and in the end, he never helped me with any treatment. He didn't give my problem the attention it needed. I only know that it's the worst experience I've ever had, and other patients I know also stopped seeing him because of his poor service.
