About Hui (Grace) Chen, N.P.
Grace is a board certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Anthropology from Stony Brook University and her Master of Science in Nursing from NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Grace worked as a registered nurse in primary care and general cardiology.
