Dr. Boo received her medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she graduated summa cum laude. She then completed a four-year residency program within the New York Presbyterian Hospital system: NYP Queens, a level 1 trauma center, NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and NYP/Columbia University.
