Jade Rebecca Azari, M.D.

Dr. Azari is a primary care physician at Weill Cornell Medicine. She attended Cornell University for her undergraduate degree, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior. She went on to attend medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. During her time in medical school, she was selected to join the Hobart Amory Hare Honor Society as well as Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Afterwards, she continued her residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in Internal Medicine.
