About Jini Hyun, MD, MS
Dr. Jini Hyun is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine and Attending Physician at New York-Presbyterian Queens (NYPQ). After obtaining her Masters of Science in Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy at the Seoul National University in 2001, Dr. Hyun performed research at the University of Illinois at Chicago before obtaining her medical degree from St. George's University in 2013. She was a rotating resident at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute in 2015. In 2017, Dr. Hyun completed an internal medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens where she also served as Chief Resident. Following residency, Dr. Hyun completed her hematology and medical oncology fellowship training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she held the title of Chief Fellow. Dr. Hyun is part of the Hematology and Medical Oncology team at NYPQ and is accepting new patients.
