Katharine Kim Brewster, MD

After graduating from Stanford University and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Brewster was trained in psychiatry at Columbia and served as chief resident in her final year. Following residency, she completed the Geriatric Psychiatry Clinical Fellowship at Columbia. Afterwards, she completed the National Institutes of Health T32 Late-Life Neuropsychiatry Research Fellowship at Columbia. Her research has focused on understanding the neuropsychiatric consequences of age-related hearing loss, including its links to late-life depression and cognitive decline.
