Lawrence Koutcher, MD, is the Regional Director of Clinical Operations for Radiation Oncology at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital (NYP-HVH) in Cortlandt Manor, NY, and New York Presbyterian Westchester (NYP-W) in Bronxville, NY.
