About Luay Alshara, M.D.
Dr. Luay Alshara is a triple fellowship-trained Endourologist and Robotic Surgeon, who serves as an Associate Professor of Urology at Weill Cornell Medicine and Associate Attending Urology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He brings years of expertise from his time as a faculty member at Albany Medical College, where he practiced in the New York Capital Region. Dr. Alshara completed his advanced fellowship training in Endourology at Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. He also completed extensive fellowship training in Robotic Surgery at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center – Tufts University in Boston and Jackson Health System in Miami.
