About Marina Boruk, MD
Dr. Boruk graduated Magna Cum Laude from the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn School of Medicine, where she received her medical degree. She went on to complete a general surgery internship at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she also finished her residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. She expanded her medical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center by completing a rhinology fellowship. Dr. Boruk’s clinical interests and expertise include medical and surgical management of the nose and paranasal sinuses including nose bleeding (epistaxis), sinusitis and deviated nasal septum. She performs both minimally invasive and traditional surgery of the nasal cavity and sinuses, endoscopic repair of CSF leak and base of skull defects as well as resection of skull-based tumors. Dr. Boruk also has additional training in the field of allergy. Dr. Boruk provides care for adult and pediatric patients with general otolaryngology problems such as throat and voice disorders, tonsillitis, sinusitis, allergy and nasal breathing disorders, ear disorders and hearing impairment as well as sleep disordered breathing such as snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
