Meyer Kattan, MD

Dr. Meyer Kattan is Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University and Director of the Pediatric Pulmonary Division at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. He has been Principal Investigator of several National Institutes of Health (NIH)-supported projects focused on the control of asthma among inner-city minority children. He was a Principal Investigator of an NIH-sponsored project on the clinical use of a Chinese herbal remedy for asthma and a multi-center study of Pediatric Pulmonary and Cardiovascular Complications of HIV Infection sponsored by the NIH's National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.
