Dr. Mike Mizrahi, is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Rehabilitation Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as Pain Management. He specializes in treating painful conditions of the spine, joints, muscles and nerves and utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to treat pain by integrating conservative treatments alongside interventional procedures, incorporating both XRAY and/or ultrasound guidance to improve patient care.


Dr. Mizrahi earned his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internship in Internal medicine at Northwell Health at Staten Island University Hospital. He completed a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he served as chief resident in his final year. He then completed his fellowship training in Pain Medicine through the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Michigan.


Dr. Mizrahi is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the World Academy of Pain Medicine Ultrasonography, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He has also been honored several times by Super Doctors New York Rising Stars, which nominates the top doctors in New York in more than 30 specialties that have been fully licensed for 10 years or less.
