Dr. Miranda Tan is an Associate Professor of Medicine in Neurology and Founding Director of the Claire Tow Home Ventilation Program at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She is board-certified in pulmonary disease, critical care, sleep medicine, and internal medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP).

In her clinical practice, Dr. Tan specializes in the management of chronic respiratory failure and sleep-disordered breathing using noninvasive ventilation (NIV), particularly in patients with neuromuscular diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
