Dr. Alvarez has always been very friendly, courteous and professional. She provides me with a lot of useful information and presents it in a patient. friendly way. I left Optum (formerly Caremount) due to always feeling rushed and not receiving the care I wanted. My sister recommended me to see Dr. Alvarez and I am so happy with the switch. My other doctors are now affiliated with NYP
