Nathaniel Kratz, MD, FASAM is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He serves as the Founding Medical Director of the Columbia University Medical Center TRANSiT (Therapeutic Resources and Assistance in Navigation to Services while in Transition) Bridge Clinic, a low-barrier, multidisciplinary program designed to improve access to care across the substance use disorder continuum. He is also an affiliate of Columbia University's Center for Healing Opioid and Other Substance Use Disorders (CHOSEN).
