About Nupoor Narula, M.D., MSc
Dr. Nupoor Narula earned her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she graduated with Distinction in Research. She completed a 3-year Internal Medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She pursued a Vascular Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital, is board-certified in Vascular Medicine, and is skilled in whole body vascular imaging, earning her Registered Physician in Vascular Imaging credential after extensive training in vascular ultrasound. She completed her Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical College. During her Fellowship, she trained under Dr. Mary J. Roman and Dr. Richard B. Devereux, with a special emphasis on the clinical and imaging evaluation of individuals with aortic diseases. During her Fellowship, she also served as the President of the American Heart Association Cardiovascular Fellows Society of Greater New York. She received grant funding for her research during her Fellowship by the Michael Wolk Heart Foundation and is currently a Fund for the Future Grant Kellen Scholar at Weill Cornell Medicine.
In addition to her outpatient clinical practice, she will serve as an attending on the inpatient Cardiology unit and interpret both echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound imaging. Dr. Narula also speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
