About Rachiel Cabiling, NP

Rachiel Cabiling is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery. Ms. Cabiling received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in Nursing and graduated Cum Laude. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University. Ms. Cabiling is board certified in primary care by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB).

After working as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medicine for eight years, she found her passion working with patients with heart disease and those undergoing cardiac surgery. Ms. Cabiling committed herself to activities related to cardiac-related education for nursing and medical staff, including being a key member of the Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) program at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medicine. She is certified as a Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).

Ms. Cabiling is devoted to providing compassionate, patient and family centered care. Her goal is to assist her patients, and their families in navigating the process of cardiac surgery through open communication, education, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
