About Rachna P Kadakia, DO
Dr. Kadakia is a distinguished Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician with a passion for pediatric care, medical education, and global health. A native New Yorker, Dr. Kadakia embarked on her academic journey at New York University, where she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Kadakia transitioned to Boston University, where she attained a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences. Her commitment to medicine led her to pursue a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem. Dr. Kadakia then completed her Pediatric Residency and specialized fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip, NY. Driven by an interest in medical education, Dr. Kadakia engages in mentoring and educating future healthcare professionals. She actively participates in global health initiatives, striving to make a positive impact on pediatric healthcare worldwide. Outside of medicine, Dr. Kadakia indulges in her passion for travel. Whether hiking upstate or savoring the diverse culinary offerings of New York City, she finds joy in experiencing new cultures and cuisines.
