Rafael Lantigua, MD, is Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center and Special Lecturer in the Department of Medicine. Before his retirement, he was the Director, Office of Community Service Programs; Associate Dean for Community Service and Professor of Medicine, Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
