Rebecca Oberschmidt, MS

Rebecca Oberschmidt, MS, CGC is a pediatric and inpatient genetic counselor in the Division of Medical Genetics at Weill Cornell Medicine.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry as well as her Master of Science in genetic counseling from the University of Pittsburgh.  Her thesis project investigated clinical and genetic findings correlated with hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD) and hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome (hEDS).  During graduate school, she completed a fellowship in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Related Disorders (LEND) through the University of Pittsburgh and Children's Hospital of Pittsburg...
