About Rebecca Wax, M.D.
Rebecca Wax, M.D. is a fellowship-trained radiologist with specialization in Abdominal Imaging. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine Campus.
Dr. Wax graduated from SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn, NY, where she earned her M.D in 2018. Following a transitional internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Wax completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York in 2023.
She completed her fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine in 2024. Dr. Wax joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in September 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology, as a member of the Body Imaging Division.
