About Rebecca Wax, M.D.
Rebecca Wax, M.D. is a fellowship-trained radiologist with specialization in Abdominal Imaging. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine Campus.
Dr. Wax graduated from SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn, NY, where she earned her M.D in 2018. Following an internal medicine internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Wax completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York in 2023.
She completed her fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine in 2024. Dr. Wax joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in September 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology, as a member of the Body Imaging Division.
