Dr. Rao is the doctor I went to for a second opinion after seeing another provider/hospital. Dr. Rao spoke with confidence, understanding of the seriousness of the issue, and from a perspective of having experience. She was respectful, kind, and understanding of my specific situation and circumstances. I felt understood and was explained options/processes with ease. She took her time to answer my questions and explain the situation. I felt like a real person speaking to a caring, professional, and experienced medical professional instead of a $ # by a doctor who did not have the level of expertise, understanding, or care.
