Dr. Ramnauth and the staff who took care of me during my appointment were excellent. What's not so good is going through the telephone system. Having to work through the, "virtual assistant," can be really frustrating. I'm saying this in the general sense, not specific to Dr. Ramnauth, but I have several doctors at the Forest Hills practice and I really dislike not reaching a human being when I call. The virtual assistant always says that you will receive a call back by end of day, but that is not necessarily true. When I do get a call back from a team member, I usually don't know who the person is. It feels like I'm being kept at a distance, no personal connection.
