About Sian Jones, M.D.
Dr. Jones received her undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of California at Berkeley and her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) before returning to the University of Pennsylvania to pursue a fellowship in Infectious Disease.Dr. Jones is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases with a clinical interest in management of HIV infection. She sees patients exclusively at the Center for Special Studies at the New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell campus.Dr. Jones serves as a teaching attending to the Internal Medicine residents and to the Infectious Disease fellows, she has also served as a preceptor for second year medical students in their Introductory Clerkship to Physical Diagnosis and as a small group facilitator in the first year Basic Science classes.
