Stephanie M Nuñez, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Clinician at the Women's Mental Health program in the Ob/Gyn department at Columbia University Medical Center. She provides psychotherapy through an integrative, trauma-informed, and multicultural lens. Grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theories, she also draws from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor therapy to each patient's needs.
