About Steven M Brody, DDS
Dr. Steven Brody, DDS, is an assistant clinical professor of Dental Medicine at Columbia University's College of Dental Medicine, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Brody is also an assistant attending in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at NY Presbyterian Hospital. At CDM, he is a supervisor in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic where he has responsibility for advanced clinical instruction of dental students, general practice residents and oral and maxillofacial surgery residents.Dr Brody received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and then attended the Medical College Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University where he received his DDS. He completed a general practice dental residency at the William Beaumont US Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. He then completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at The Hospital of St Raphael/Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT. Dr Brody's work history includes serving as a staff general dental officer at Walter Reed US Army Medical Center with duty at the US Army Health Clinic, The Pentagon, Washington, DC. He was the founding and managing partner of Greenwich Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, in Greenwich, CT for 35 years. Additionally he was member of the College of Dental Medicine Dean's Volunteer Faculty for 24 years.
