About Talitha Lisa Marie Bruney, MD
Dr. Talitha Bruney is Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital. Dr. Bruney was born and raised in the small Caribbean island of Dominica. She has a passion for caring for women of diverse and underserved backgrounds. She graduated from Yale University and obtained her medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in 2012 and was the administrative chief during her final year of training.
