The Provider was great. However I traveled 3 hrs to get to my appointment, since I was away upstate.. I was very early, I left a message to hear what would happen if If I arrive early. No one called me back so I just signed in at about 4:10 when my appt was at 5:30. They made me wait until 6:00 to get checked in. I was literally in tears, I saw the Dr. who is amazing for 30-60 seconds for a short follow up. Why couldn't they just let me go in early. It was very frustrating!!
