Taiwanese by birth, Dr. Lin pursued his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Carleton College, Minnesota, followed by a Doctor of Osteopathy at Western University of Health Sciences, California. His residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, deepened his expertise and commitment to serving diverse communities, with notable positions at Harlem Hospital in Manhattan and Flushing Hospital in Queens.
